What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction

Lead, train, and motivate a team of front and back-of-house staff

Monitor inventory, budgeting, and cost control

Handle scheduling, payroll, and performance management

Uphold health and safety standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of restaurant management experience (front, and back-of-house preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of POS systems, and hospitality best practices

A hands-on, problem-solving mindset
