Labatt Food Service is seeking a high energy, customer focused, motivated account manager who wants to build a career representing Labatt in supplying food to restaurant chains and independent operators in the Santa Fe/Taos market. Successful representatives must be skilled in communicating Labatt’s unique strengths and how the company is different in its industry. A career with Labatt involves forming new customer connections and nurturing customer relationships that last over many years.
Job Responsibilities:
· Present Labatt’s unique business model to potential food-away-from-home customers.
· Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementing a new customer relationship.
· Build and maintain quality customer relations with the goal of forming
long-lasting relationships.
Personal Profile:
· Active communicator with great listening skills.
· Has the patience and takes the necessary time to understand the customer’s needs and problems.
· A skill for observing other people and thinking of ways to help them.
· Energetic, goal oriented, and competitive, with personal examples of initiative and successful performance.
· The ability to multitask and prioritize in order to work on multiple prospects and maintain multiple accounts while constantly focusing on growth.
· Bachelor’s Degree or Chef training at CIA or equivalent.
· Experience in food service, restaurants, and / or sales is a strong positive.
