Attendees who successfully complete the course and pass the exam will receive a certification from NRA Solutions which is nationally recognized and valid for 5 years. 

Payment, Confirmation, and Cancellation Information

• Cancellations occurring within less than 7 business days of a scheduled class are NOT eligible for a refund.
• Reschedules occurring within less than 7 business days of a scheduled class are subject to a rescheduling fee.

Spanish test booklets give the questions in English and Spanish side by side. We do offer a class taught in Spanish, please check the calendar or call us for up coming dates.

However, if the attendee has any additional accommodations please leave it under "Special Requests" when completing your registration, and someone from our office will follow up.
