The Omni Royal Orleans will serve as the primary meeting location for the retreat.
While a room block is not available, participants should make their reservations independently, either at the Omni or at a nearby hotel within the French Quarter.

Day 1 - Wednesday, April 8
Afternoon - Arrivals & check‑in
Hotel check-in and free time to settle in, walk the Quarter, grab coffee nearby.
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Crawfish boil at the Louisiana Restaurant Association
7:30 pm - Jazz at Preservation Hall
9:00 pm - Optional - Live music (walk through bourbon street or French Quarter)
Day 2 - Thursday, April 9
10:00 am-12:00 pm - Board Meeting at the Louisiana Restaurant Association (Uber may be necessary)
Break - Free time- Lunch on your own
2:00-5:00 pm - Sazerac House Museum Tour
Break - Free time back at the hotel
6:00-8:30 pm - Dinner at Arnaud's
Day 3 – Friday, April 10
11:00 am – Brunch at Tujague's Restaurant
Pack and hotel checkout - Free time to pack, check out, and store bags if needed.
