This year's Hospitality Industry Awards is especially meaningful as we commemorate two remarkable milestones: the 80th Anniversary of the New Mexico Restaurant Association and the Centennial of Historic Route 66, two legacies that have shaped the way New Mexicans gather, dine, travel, and connect.

Inspired by the golden age of Route 66 and the spirit of hospitality that has welcomed travelers for generations, the evening will blend timeless elegance with a tribute to the restaurants, hospitality professionals, educators, and emerging leaders who continue to move our industry forward.

Together, we'll recognize outstanding restaurants and dedicated hospitality professionals from every corner of New Mexico, honor our Educator of the Year, and celebrate the achievements of our talented New Mexico ProStart Champions, whose passion and commitment represent the future of our industry.
